Arte e Musei Italia is one of Italy's largest cultural tour operator networks. The challenge: make institutional content genuinely engaging for a 35–60 audience without losing the brand's authority and voice across two major platforms simultaneously.
→Built full content strategy and monthly editorial calendar aligned with museum programming
→Led and briefed a team of videographers and photographers, directing all visual and narrative output to align with content strategy
→Produced Reels, Carousels and Stories translating cultural events into platform-native formats
→Grew Instagram to 150K+ followers and Facebook to 196K+ followers — 350K+ combined audience
→Generated 20M+ monthly impressions on Facebook alone, with 50K+ reactions, 3K shares and 2K comments per month on average
